Installations and Commissioning terms:
1) INSTALLATION
The Buyer is responsible for taking delivery of the container with the machine, for offloading and getting the machine into position and for insuring it is level and bolted down to the manufactures specs. Any civil works required to facilitate the correct installation of the machine or the correct operation of the machine, such as a pit for a decoiler or strengthening the slab to accommodate the loading, but not limited to that, will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
2) COMMISSIONING
INBON offers reasonable rates for commissioning services for all of our machines supplied. The Buyer is responsible for connecting the electrical connection to the machine in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant Authorities. The load that the machine draws, as stated in the quote, is approximate and might not be the start up load. It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that sufficient power has been provided to the machine. INBON are not Electrical Engineers and accept no responsibility for this advice but experience has shown us that it is best if the connection to the machine was on its own circuit breaker and has a fusible link in event of lightning activity. Furthermore it is highly recommended that the machine be earthed.
1 Year Warranty On All Breakage:

INBON guarantees, for a period of 1 year , that all equipment supplied by INBON will be free from defect and that it will perform the function for which it is intended provided the equipment is properly cared for , operated under normal conditions and with competent supervision. This guarantee specifically excludes:-
a) Consumable items such as fusses, bulbs etc.
b) Routine adjustments that arise as a result of wear and tear
c) Faults, breakages, adjustments as a result of lack of maintenance of the equipment Misuse of the machine as a result of trying to get the machine to execute something for which it is not designed or is beyond its parameters. This includes, but is not limited to, using material thicker than what it is designed for or wider material than what it is designed for. This will cause damage to the machine which will be detectable.
